قطرات النظام الغذائي السائل LDD | التحكم في الشهية ودعم الوزن

Been using these drops for about a month now and the L-Carnitine blend actually seems to help with my energy during workouts. I also noticed I'm not reaching for snacks between meals like I used to. Mixing a dropper into my morning water has become a habit I don't want to skip.

Two weeks in and my afternoon snack cravings have basically disappeared, which I did not expect from a dropper bottle. The L-Arginine and L-Carnitine blend is easy to take, just a few drops under the tongue before breakfast. Down four pounds so far without changing much else.

I take these before lunch and my appetite is noticeably quieter in the afternoon, which has kept me from raiding the snack drawer. The liquid formula absorbs fast, and I like that L-Arginine and L-Carnitine are both in there. Three weeks in and my jeans are looser.
