総合マルチビタミン＆ミネラルブレンド | 毎日のエネルギーと健康サポート

Taking one of these with breakfast has become the easiest part of my routine, and I actually notice fewer afternoon crashes now. The tablets aren't huge either, so they go down fine with just a glass of water.

I was skeptical because I'm terrible at remembering pills, but the fact that it's a once-daily formula genuinely changed my routine. Three weeks in and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon slump.

The tablet's coating makes it easy to swallow, which is huge for me since I usually gag on vitamins. I've been taking it after breakfast for a month and my afternoon slump is noticeably less brutal, so it's doing its job.
