EvoSport BCAA 2:1:1 1000mg | 筋肉回復＆トレーニングサポート

Took these about 20 minutes before lifting and the next-day soreness was noticeably lighter than my usual post-leg-day haze. The 1000mg capsules are easy to swallow and I didn't get any of that chalky aftertaste I've had with powders. Solid addition to my routine for the price.

I’ve been taking these before my morning workouts for about three weeks now, and the 2:1:1 ratio in capsule form makes it so much easier than mixing powder. Soreness the next day feels noticeably lighter, which is exactly what I needed for back-to-back training days.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve noticed my legs feel less wrecked the day after leg day. Three pills before a workout and two after seems to do the trick for keeping my energy steady through the last set.
