ビートルート10,170mgペッパーカプセル | エネルギーフロー＆毎日のサポート

My energy doesn’t crash mid-afternoon anymore since I started these with my morning smoothie, and I love that the black pepper is there to help my body actually use the beetroot. The 10,170mg strength is no joke, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste.

Three weeks in and I've noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy slump—no jitters, just steady get-up-and-go. The black pepper extract for absorption makes sense to me since I actually feel the effects, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste.

Took these for about three weeks before morning runs and the 10,170mg dose with black pepper seems to actually absorb, no upset stomach like plain beet powder gave me. Only gripe is the capsules are on the large side, so I take them with a full glass of water.
