ファットバーン エクストリーム カプセル | エネルギー代謝＆体重サポート

The afternoon crash I used to get around 3pm is basically gone, which is the main reason I keep reordering. I take one capsule before my morning workout and the energy feels steady rather than jittery. Nothing magical on the scale yet, but the appetite control during a calorie deficit is real.

Three weeks in and I notice I'm not reaching for that mid-afternoon snack anymore, even on busy days. The energy boost comes on smooth without the jittery feeling I've gotten from other thermogenics, and it definitely helps me stay consistent with my calorie deficit through my afternoon workouts.

I’ve been taking these before my early gym sessions and the energy carry-through is steady—no jittery crash by mid-morning. They fit right into my calorie deficit without messing with my appetite, which is exactly what I needed.
