クエン酸マグネシウム740mgカプセル | 筋肉のエネルギーとウェルネスサポート

I'd been getting calf cramps after long runs and these actually helped within the first week. The citrate form is easier on my stomach than the oxide pills I tried before, which is the main reason I switched. Taking one with dinner has become part of my routine now.

I take one of these 740mg capsules about an hour before bed and my legs feel way less twitchy after long run days. The citrate form seems easier on my stomach than the oxide pills I used to take.

I've tried magnesium before but the citrate form in these 740mg capsules actually absorbs well, no stomach upset like the oxide stuff gave me. Two weeks in and my post-workout muscle tightness has eased up noticeably.
