オーガニックターメリック 1440mg カプセル | 関節の可動性と健康維持

I've been taking two of these 1440mg capsules daily for about a month and the difference in my hands after gardening is noticeable. The black pepper and ginger blend seems to help it actually absorb, which was my worry with plain turmeric.

My knees used to ache after my morning runs, but three weeks into these capsules I've noticed a real difference in how smoothly I move. The 1440mg dose with the black pepper for absorption actually feels like it's working, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

The ginger and black pepper combo really rounds this out—I’ve noticed my knees feel less creaky after my morning walks, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any weird aftertaste. Three weeks in, and this is the first turmeric I’ve stuck with.
