スリムキック デイ・ナイトパック | 日中のエネルギー＆夜のサポート

I've been taking the morning capsule with breakfast and the night one before bed, and the split actually fits my routine better than I expected. Two weeks in, my afternoon snacking has calmed down a lot.

The two-bottle system makes it easy to stay on track—I pop the day one with breakfast and the night one after dinner, and I’ve actually felt less snacking between meals. It’s subtle, but after three weeks my energy feels steadier and I’m not crashing in the afternoon like I used to.

The 24-hour split really works for my schedule—I take the day one with breakfast and it keeps me steady, then the night pack helps me wind down without that wired feeling. I’ve noticed I’m not snacking as much after dinner, which is exactly what I needed.
