ターメリック プロ ペッパー カプセル | 関節の動きと健康サポート

Three weeks in and I actually notice a difference getting out of bed in the morning. The black pepper and ginger combo seems to help it absorb better than plain turmeric I tried before, and no aftertaste with these capsules.

My knees used to creak every time I stood up from my desk, but after a few weeks with these capsules the black pepper and ginger blend makes the turmeric actually feel like it's doing something. The capsules are small enough to swallow without a struggle, which I appreciate since I gag on most pills

My knees have been noticeably less cranky on stairs since I started taking these with breakfast. I like that the black pepper and ginger are already in the capsule, so I don't have to think about pairing anything else.
