ビタミンBコンプレックス錠 | エネルギー代謝＆ウェルネスサポート

I've been taking one of these with breakfast for about three weeks now and the afternoon slump has genuinely eased up. The tablets are small enough to swallow without a fight, which matters since some B complexes are horse pills.

The full B blend is what sold me, not just one or two vitamins like my old bottle. Two tablets with breakfast and the afternoon slump I used to hit around 3pm has basically disappeared.

Been taking these for about three weeks and the afternoon slump I used to hit around 2pm has pretty much disappeared. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, which matters since I take them at my desk. Only thing is they smell a bit yeasty when you open the bottle.
