아연 마그네슘 B6 정제 | 근육 면역 및 웰니스 지원

Swapped my old zinc-only pills for these since the combo with magnesium and B6 covers more of what I was after. Tablets are a reasonable size and go down fine with a glass of water. Two months in and my energy through the afternoon has been noticeably steadier.

I take one of these with dinner and the magnesium has genuinely helped me wind down after evening gym sessions. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, which matters when I'm already juggling a shaker bottle. Only a few weeks in but my sleep feels more solid.

My evening leg cramps have basically disappeared since I started taking these, and the magnesium seems to be doing the heavy lifting there. The tablets are easy to swallow too, which matters because I've had zinc pills before that were huge and chalky.
