山竹 500mg 每日膠囊 | 抗氧化照護與日常支援

Been taking these mangosteen capsules for about six weeks now, mostly as part of my morning routine with breakfast. The 500mg dose feels solid and I like that it's just one capsule a day instead of choking down a handful. My skin's looked a bit clearer lately, though that could be coincidence.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. I've been taking one each morning with breakfast and it's become a simple part of my routine that I actually look forward to.

Three weeks in and I'm already noticing steadier energy through the afternoon slump—the 500mg dose is easy to swallow and doesn't leave that weird aftertaste some capsules do. The bottle's been sitting on my kitchen counter and I actually remember to take it daily, which is half the battle for me.
