非洲芒果 4800 毫克膠囊 | 食慾控制與體重管理

The 4800mg dose is higher than the last mango supplement I tried, and I actually notice I'm not snacking between lunch and dinner anymore. Two capsules with breakfast is easy enough to keep up with. Down four pounds in six weeks without changing much else.

I was skeptical about another appetite suppressant, but these capsules are easy to swallow and I've noticed I'm reaching for snacks way less often by mid-afternoon. Two months in, my cravings have genuinely calmed down without me feeling jittery or wired.

Six weeks in and the 4800mg dose per serving is really helping me stick to smaller portions without that gnawing hunger between meals. The capsules are easy to swallow, which matters when you're taking them daily. Down a jean size and feeling good about it.
